The high-quality cutting discs are divided into automatic four-side cutting saws and assembly
four-side cutting saws according to the position of the cutting saw set and the degree of
automation. The fully automatic four-edge cutting saw has two cutting saw sets, a fixed
transverse cutting saw set and a moving longitudinal cutting saw set. With the cooperation of
the transport platform, the four sides of the building board are cut by remote control. The
remote control panel of the automatic four-side cutting saw has two setting files, manual and
automatic. The manual gear is manually operated on the operation panel. The automatic gear
requires only one click of the button, and the cutting saw completes the horizontal and
vertical four-sided whole cutting process.
The assembly line four-side cutting saw puts the magnesite sheet on the upper rail car. There
are two limit positions on the upper rail car to control the position of the magnesite sheet.
Then one person pushes the upper rail car in the middle to cut the opposite two. On one side,
after the two sides are cut, the upper rail car will be fixed on the lower rail car by the
limit, and then the rail car will be pushed vertically to cut the other two opposite sides,
which is less automated.
